Content Proposal
Prepared for Harvey Ubhi · September 2026

Twenty four videos and eighty photos, from two days.

You have cut the client list right down on purpose and put the price up. The content on your page is still the content that built the old business, so it keeps bringing you the old enquiries. This is two days of filming, and the session that plans them, built to speak to the person you actually want now.

01 · How I'm thinking about this

The plan behind the number

Before the pricing, here is the logic, so the cost makes sense in context.

L
Lloyd Hunt
Founder, Hunt Visuals

You said it yourself on the call. The shoutouts and the collabs do work, they just bring you their fans, and their fans are not the people booking a £3,200 programme. Your page has the same problem. It is good content, there is just a lot of it built for the business you have deliberately moved on from, so it keeps bringing you the enquiries you are now turning down.

So I am not trying to get you more reach. I want every video to be so obviously aimed at a London business owner or a public figure that everybody else scrolls straight past, and the person you want feels like you are talking to them directly. That is why we do the planning session before we film anything. Two proper days on camera, close enough together that everything we film on one crosses into the other, gives us enough to run that message for months.

02 · The plan

Two days, planned first

One session to decide exactly who we are speaking to and what you say to them, then two shoot days close enough together that everything we film on both ends up mixed through everything you get.

SESSION
We plan the lot
Just us, sat down properly. Who the client is, what is actually stopping them, the offer in your words, and then all 24 scripts written and signed off before a camera comes out.
SHOOT 01
The first day
A full day on site. Twelve videos, forty photos, and everything else I shoot on the day as a graded clip library you keep.
SHOOT 02
Three or four weeks later
A different setting, so the whole lot does not look like it was filmed in one room. Twelve more videos, forty more photos, and B-roll that cuts into the first twelve as well.
DELIVERY
Staged, not all at the end
Graded B-roll back within a week of each day. All 24 videos and the photos inside three weeks of the second one, so every cut can pull from both days.
03 · How I film it

The setup on the day

You told me you have stepped back from posting to fix the delivery, the filler words and the setting. Everything here is built around that.

You read a script you already approved
I run an autocue off the words we agreed in the session, so you are never hunting for the sentence mid take. That is what kills the filler words, and it is the difference between twelve usable videos in a day and four.
The setting does half the job
You said you cannot be stood in front of a plain wall any more, and you are right. I will lock the locations in before the day so the room you are filmed in already looks like somewhere your kind of client would be.
I shoot far more than the twelve
Hands, treatment, movement, the detail on the equipment, you walking and working. Every usable clip comes back graded, so you have a proper library to cut into your own posts and stories long after the day.
04 · What you receive

What comes back

  • A planning session before the first day, with all 24 scripts written and signed off by you.
  • 24 finished videos, twelve from each day, short form, up to 60 seconds each, captioned and ready to post.
  • 80 edited photos, forty from each day, colour graded and sized for the feed and for your site.
  • Your full clip library, every usable clip from both days, graded and handed over.
  • Both cuts of the ending on the videos worth it, one that sends people to your DMs and one softer version for the feed.
  • Locations sorted before each day, so you turn up and film rather than solve problems.
  • Captions written for every video, so they are ready to go up as they are.
7 days
First delivery
Graded B-roll is back with you inside a week of each shoot, so you have something to post while the videos are being cut.
05 · Investment

One simple number

Two shoot days, the planning session that sets them up, and everything that comes off them.

Both days, everything included
£3,000 + VAT
£1,500 + VAT a shoot day. Travel is billed on top at cost, around £100 + VAT for both days, so roughly £3,720 all in.
What that covers
  • The planning session and all 24 scripts
  • Two full days of filming, on location
  • 24 finished videos, short form, up to 60 seconds each
  • 80 edited and graded photos
  • Every usable clip from both days, graded, as your library
  • Captions written for each video
  • Locations found and locked before each day

Payment that protects you. It splits into two blocks of £1,500 + VAT, one a shoot day. Half of each block secures that date, and the other half is due when that day's content lands with you. You are never paying for a day that has not happened.

Travel is billed on top, at cost. I am coming up from Angmering, which is about 112 miles there and back. Two days works out around £100 + VAT and it goes on the final invoice at cost, so if we end up filming somewhere closer it comes down.

Deposit · secures your first date
Pay the deposit and I will get the first day in the diary
This locks your first shoot date and gets the planning session booked, which is where all the real work happens. The balance of £750 + VAT on that day is due when the content lands.

06 · Next steps

What happens from here

Three things, and only the first one needs you today.

My diary · live, so it is always right

Grab a day off there if one lines up. If nothing on it suits, tell me the week that works and I will build the day around you, London days included.

07 · After the two days

Worth a conversation, not a decision today

If these two days do what we want them to, the honest next step is a regular cadence rather than another one off. It is much easier to price and to plan when we can both see which of the 24 actually pulled the right people in, so there is nothing to decide on it now.

Let's build it.

Say the word and I will get the invoice over and the first day in the diary. Any questions before then, just ring me.
